What is the function of fear? Why did Dear God
"blessed" us with fear?
Fear is the main instrument of survival what man has
inherited.
Fear ensures that our main "weapon", our mind,
begins to seek solutions. The mind does this just as long as and until it has found a
"solution".
Fear is in that sense a form of love.
Fear is a mechanism which provides that dangers in our lives
can be overcome.
Every time again, when fear is activated by our instinct,
our subconscious mind identified this as dangerous. Maybe even when our mind
knows that this "something" is not really dangerous.
Fear is a very powerful emotion, even our mind can sometimes
not calm down.
Fear is an emotion that can be very destructive. People do,
driven by fear, the most heinous things.Only then, when the subconscious has
received the signal; "everything is safe", regardless or whether it
really is safe or not, we feel safe.
When we have fear, try to look what fear is trying to
accomplish for us.
Watch and be aware what fear is doing for us out of pure
love.
How can we reject fear than?
